At Martha London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
